Executive Coaching and Organization Development, in search of personal transformation and organization change. Many Executive Coaches are also Organization Development (OD) Consultants. In this capacity the Coach is involved in change interventions within organizations. He or she works with not only individuals, but also groups, teams, and the organization per se. This involves strategic planning, organization analysis and design, change management, group facilitation, conflict mediation, and often, human resource training and leadership development. These activities are generally value-driven, result oriented and focused on transforming a part of or an entire organization. My guest for this program is Mr. John Brothers of Cuidiu Consulting in Bloomfield, NJ. As a consultant and Executive Coach, John is involved in a variety of OD activities in a number of environments, including business and industry, non-profit entities, government agencies, educational settings, and communities.
